The Old Boulevard area works well for families who want parks, the beach and central dining nearby. New Boulevard often offers more space and newer buildings, while Old Batumi is strongest for short walking routes and atmosphere.
Room type matters
A standard double room may not accept two adults and two children, even when the floor area looks large. Search with every child and the correct ages, then check whether the result includes a sofa bed, rollaway bed, connecting rooms or a separate bedroom.
Rooms and Radisson: compare the actual room category
Rooms Batumi’s Belle-vue Suite is listed by Design Hotels as 109 m², with two bedrooms, one king bed, one queen bed and capacity for four guests. That gives a concrete option for a family wanting separate sleeping spaces. Its 26 m² Bunk Cabin sleeps two, so the name alone should not be read as a room for a larger family.
Radisson lists a 50 m² Family Room and an 80 m² Family Suite with Sea View. The larger floor area does not by itself establish how many adults and children can share the room. Enter every guest and age, then confirm the extra-bed setup and breakfast terms.
Courtyard and Sheraton: compare pools and daily costs
Courtyard lists family rooms, a heated indoor pool and complimentary on-site parking. Breakfast is not a standard complimentary amenity, so compare the complete rate including breakfast for every guest. Its Sherif Khimshiashvili Street location suits a New Boulevard base; map your daily route if most of your plans are in Old Batumi.
Sheraton lists a heated indoor pool, children’s-pool facilities and a seasonal outdoor pool. Its complimentary parking has limited spaces, and the official page carries an exterior-painting notice. Check pool rules, seasonal dates and the notice before paying for your room.
